Overview of Referral Scheme:

• Refer a Startup to Jumpstart and receive a £500 reward if they make a hire (conditions below apply).

To be eligible for the referral bonus:

• Referrals must be made through the official Startup Referral from (see here.)
• Startups referred to us must be new to Jumpstart (i.e. have not onboarded with Jumpstart previously)
• Referred startups must make a hire within 3 months of the referral being made.

Process for Startup Referral

• You fill in the Startup Referral Form with your details and the details of your referee.
• The Jumpstart team will review your referral
• The Jumpstart team will reach out to your referral
• To accelerate helping your referee & maximise your chances of getting the referral bonus, we encourage you to let your referee know we’ll be reaching out, or make a direct intro to [email protected].

Please note that the bonus will be paid only once per startup referred (regardless of the number of hires made.)

• E.g. If you recommend 10 startups, you have a chance to get 10 referral bonuses
• E.g. If you recommend 1 startup that makes 5 hires, you have a chance to get 1 referral bonus.

Payment of the bonus is due after the referred startup has an offer accepted by a candidate (assuming above conditions are met)
